Shipping policy

HavenSupply Co. processes and ships all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number upon fulfillment. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. HavenSupply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off and a tracking number has been issued. For order #1033, the item was shipped and tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided by Bill Gatlin at the time of purchase.
